Week 1 Blog

The services SROS Law covers are helping workers attain their compensation and help people who have been injured in different types of accidents. Employees also evaluate cases to see if they are able to take the case.  They take calls, attend to clients concerns, and lastly needs. The workers take their job very seriously making sure every client is getting the coverage they need. Sometimes a thorough check is needed to make sure all files are in their place and if the client should know about any updates on their case. 

The employees are very united, it is a very lively office and very different from other offices I've seen. Not only do they get work done in a timely matter but they are also able to have fun and joke around at times during the day. Everyone at the office is very kind and they do their best to check up on me and answer any questions I may have at whatever time. You can instantly tell the environment is very well put together, if one worker has a question everyone instantly tries their best to help clarify it so it makes sense to everyone.
