Photo Essay

The picture to the right is usually where conferences are held, most of the time important conferences will be held in the office but there has been few instances in which we use the conference room which is located on the second floor. usually if you want to use it for a meeting you would have to reserve it since this is something the entire building uses. It is also located where many people have lunch so people from the entire building will use it, if its open to have their lunch or converse amongst themselves. I personally will use this room the have my lunch and just sit there while I eat or do whatever while on my lunch break.

This photo shows attorney Eric Rivera's office, Mr. Eric is first generation American. Erics dad played a huge role in his dreams of becoming an attorney, his father also had dreams to become an attorney himself but due to various problems his father wasn't able to. This all led up to Mr. Erics strong desire to be an attorney. His practices consist of personal injury, civil litigation, workers compensation, and finally medical malpractice. Eric also is apart of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, California Applicant Attorney Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and lastly the California Bar Association.

The last office is Attorney Luis Osuna, and just like his co workers his practices are also personally injury, workers comp, civil litigation, and medical malpractice. During my time at the firm most of the cases given to me were Osuna's cases. In the cases Luis has a very unique way of writing the clients story using things such as symbols instead of just writing it out. Though it is hard to understand at some times its what works best for him. Luis is also part of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, Luis is actually past president of the SD La Raza Lawyers Association. Him and his family migrated from Tijuana, Mexico when he was only 6 years old. He then spent the rest of his school life here in San Diego. Once college came around he was accepted into UC Berkeley and is now a graduate from that school. After graduating in 2012 from California Western School of Law he then joined SROS Law and practiced different areas to get where he is now.

The third photo shows Attorney David Sullivans office, this is where Sullivan answers his calls, speaks to clients, and overall is where he is throughout the day. Just like Eric, David mostly focuses on personal injury, workers comp, civil litigation, and finally medical malpractice. Attorney Sullivan is also apart of California Association of Consumer Attorneys and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. David is one of the founding people of Sullivan, Osuna, Rivera, Sullivan also known as SROS Law. He attended El Capitan high school where he was an athlete and an honors student, he is also in the Athletic Hall of Fame in the school.

The last photo is my work space, this is where i usually work on whatever is handed to me. This space and one of the free offices are my main points of the office. Usually in the morning i'll be here and in the afternoon ill switch over to go do work in the office. usually in that office I print labels for a case or i make phone calls to companies if we need any extra information. When i'm not in that office I'm usually opening case files or writing letters. Recently I needed to make a deposition letter from scratch which took me almost the entire day .
